Mandala

Mandala features three flexible meeting rooms—Mandala 1, 2, and 3—that accommodate around 20 guests in a single room or up to 100 when all three are combined for meetings. When used as a reception space, the connected rooms accommodate up to 265 guests. Mandala 1, set beside the Grand Ballroom with natural daylight, suits trainings, board meetings, and private dinners, while Mandala 2 and 3 can be combined to create a larger room for workshops or compact conferences. The design continues the warm, sophisticated look of the main ballroom, with light wood tones and fabric panels that support both comfort and clear sound. Often used as breakout space for Amara Ballroom or as a discreet standalone zone, Mandala fits multi‑room programs, committee meetings, interviews, and speaker prep sessions that call for privacy and a professional feel.
