AYANA BALI Sets Goal of 100% Vaccination Rate for All Employees


(Bali, Indonesia – 1 June 2021) In addition to successfully passing the ‘New Normal Standard Protocol’ Audit by Bali Tourism Board, AYANA is taking their community support one step further by hosting an onsite vaccination center with COVID-19 vaccinations provided by Indonesia’s government to help keep its employees and the local Jimbaran community members safe and healthy.

Starting 25 May, employees of the AYANA BALI received the necessary vaccinations to stay healthy and to be ready for a potentially busy visitor season as Bali plans to open to foreign tourists., AYANA is making extra efforts to not only make sure its team members feel safe and healthy to return to pre-COVID service, but also the Jimbaran community as a whole.

AYANA made headlines earlier this year when they were the first resort in Bali to pass the ‘New Normal Standard Protocol’ Audit by Bali Tourism Board. However, the internationally award-winning luxury destination continues to go above and beyond COVID protocol to provide guests with peace of mind while traveling to the Island of the Gods. AYANA's commitment to cleanliness starts from the moment when guests arrive at Ngurah Rai International Airport and are escorted into a sanitized vehicle with a mask- wearing driver. Upon entering AYANA’s gated resort and wellness community, every guest, dedicated team member, and vendor must pass a temperature check.

Upon arriving in the reception area, with desks that are sanitized hourly, all luggage is thoroughly wiped down before being delivered to guest rooms. Guests may choose to be as social or private as they wish, from requesting limited room cleaning to ordering in-room dining instead of going out. If guests are excited to eat out, restaurants have been redesigned with generous dining spaces to accommodate social distancing. Restaurant menus and bill folders are sanitized between use and every dedicated team member wears a mask while on duty.
