Extended stays of one month or more
AYANA Residences is for stays of one month or more. Leases run three, six, or twelve months or longer, and can be extended. Every residence comes furnished and move-in ready.
What's included in your stay
Your stay includes twice-weekly housekeeping, linen and towel service, in‑room amenities, high-speed Biznet fiber internet, 24-hour security, and a dedicated concierge.
Electricity and water are included by default, and parking is subject to availability. Our team confirms both for your lease.

Montessori schooling for young children
Guidepost Montessori AYANA Bali is on the resort grounds, a buggy ride from your residence, and part of Guidepost’s international network of Montessori schools. Every class is taught in English and Mandarin, with two teachers in each classroom.
