What dates does the Festive Everglow program run?
The Festive Everglow program runs from 6 December 2026 through 3 January 2027, with the New Year's Eve Countdown on 31 December 2026.
Do I need to book the New Year's Eve Countdown separately?
Yes, each countdown venue requires a separate reservation. We recommend booking early as venues have limited capacity. In-house guests receive priority access.
Are the festive experiences suitable for families with children?
Many of our festive experiences are designed for families, including gingerbread house decorating, lawn games, and the Tree Lighting Ceremony. The New Year's Eve After Party at After Rock is an adults-only event.
Can I attend the festive dining events without being a hotel guest?
Selected festive dining events are open to external guests, subject to availability. Please contact our reservations team for details and to secure your table.
