The Penthouse Residences are the largest at AYANA Bali, from 579 square meters, with up to four king or twin bedrooms and a den. On the top floor, the Indian Ocean and Bali's limestone coast are in view from almost every room, and a private pool and sun deck sit above the treetops. On the ground floor, a private pool opens onto an enclosed garden. Designed for multi-generational families, the residence gives grandparents one wing, children another, and everyone the main living room and its fully equipped kitchen for dinner together. In-unit laundry and ample storage make longer stays easy.

A dedicated concierge, twice-weekly housekeeping, and complimentary buggies to the resort are included. The youngest can start the day at Guidepost AYANA Bali, the Montessori school within the resort, taught in English and Mandarin. More than 30 restaurants and bars, AYANA Spa, and Rock Bar are a buggy ride away. Pets are welcome in ground-floor residences. Leases start at one month and can be extended.
